Dear Community,

After much careful consideration, the IBPSA Board has made the difficult decision to postpone the 2025 FLOW Conference, originally scheduled for September 23rd-25th in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. This decision comes as a result of unforeseen planning challenges and the broader uncertainties of 2025.


Although we’re unable to move forward with the event as planned, we are excited about the future and the incredible possibilities ahead. We remain fully committed to organizing an exceptional conference and are actively exploring alternative options to ensure it exceeds expectations.

We will be sharing more details soon as we finalize our plans. 

We deeply appreciate your support and understanding as we navigate these changes, and we’re looking forward to connecting with you at one of our upcoming events.

All tickets include full access to all sessions and scheduled off-site events, including a Meet & Greet and the IBBY Awards.
Breakfast (Tues-Thurs) and lunch (Tues-Wed) are also included

IBPSA Member Pricing (USD)

  • Bronze - $575/pp
  • Silver - $550/pp
  • Gold - $525/pp
  • Platinum - $500/pp

Non-Member Pricing (USD)

  • $675/pp

Late pricing goes into effect on July 24, 2025; increasing each ticket price by $100

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • 100% refund: through May 31, 2025
  • 50% refund; June 1-July 22, 2025
  • Beginning July 23, 2025, no refunds will be given; however, tickets may be transferred to another person (valid only for the 2025 FLOW Business Conference). For transfers, contact events@ibpsa.com.
