Turnkey, Inc. is a 3rd generation design/build firm that has been involved in the animal industry for over 40 years, starting in the 1980's with the construction of three animal exhibits at the Houston Zoo. Our experience continued in 1991 when President Al Locker's wife, Suzanne, bought and began operating a successful commercial pet resort in the Houston area. Since then, Turnkey has specialized in animal facility design and consulting nationwide for over 75+ pet resorts and veterinary hospitals. Of the facilities Turnkey has designed, we have completed the construction of 16.
