Client Care Provider

We are looking to add a new client care provider to our Biscuits Team! The best client care providers are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a client care provider who loves working with dogs and people – someone who is positive, upbeat, and enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment. Typical responsibilities include ensuring all dogs are checked in/out properly, setting up new clients, making daily “touch point” calls out to current clients, conducting new dog “meet and greets”, responding efficiently and effectively to all messages, taking payments, resolving client issues, keeping track of important data, providing clients with a fun experience, and sales! Previous front desk or professional animal care experience is preferred. At this time, we are looking for someone to work 30-40 hours per week Monday through Friday (with the occasional weekend or holiday). This individual may be asked to learn other canine care duties and work different schedules.

Starting pay determined after interview and based on experience.

Continuing education and certification opportunities are offered to all Biscuits team members! 

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Sell our services
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
