Ershad Jamil is a global operator, board director, strategic advisor, & investor; focusing on innovative tech that 
accelerates businesses. Ershad has built and worked with multiple SaaS businesses over $10b in valuation and has extensive experience in FinTech categories such as payments, financing, payables, payroll, banking as a service, capital, etc.

After 10 years of technology strategy consulting at Deloitte, Ershad wanted to find an early stage vertical SaaS 
startup that would be a clear long term winner. After years of searching for that opportunity, Ershad landed with 
ServiceTitan. When Ershad joined ServiceTitan, it was valued at <$100m and by the time Ershad left it as the 
Chief Growth Officer it was valued at ~$10b. Ershad led ServiceTitan's strategic partnerships, internal strategy and ancillary product teams. The majority of vertical SaaS companies were not multi-product in 2015 and ServiceTitan led the innovation in this new category of growth.

Ershad then led a global team at CloudKitchens/Otter that was valued at $15b and then at BuildOps and helped grow the company from $8m to $30m ARR in less than two years. Ershad currently works with vertical SaaS companies as a board director and also advises 10+ SaaS & FinTech companies. Additionally, Ershad is an angel investor in 20+ SaaS & FinTech companies.

Ershad holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) & Business Administration from 
Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. 
Ershad is a certified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner. Ershad likes to cook, hike, surf, snowboard, Peloton and spend time with his wife & two daughters traveling the world - England, France, Spain, Portual, and Italy.
