Annette Uda is the founder and president of Aerapy Animal Health and a member of the IBPSA Board of Advisors. Since 2008, she has worked with animal care facilities to improve indoor air quality, reduce disease transmission risk, and support healthier environments for pets, staff, and clients through research-backed UVGI/GUV air and surface disinfection technology.

 

Annette is a published writer, speaker, and educator in the animal care industry. She also serves on ASHRAE technical committees focused on ultraviolet air and surface treatment, contributing to the advancement of standards and best practices for air disinfection. Her work combines practical facility experience with science-based infection control strategies to help pet care businesses prepare for the future of animal health and facility operations.
