Katy Fletcher is a recognized Customer Loyalty Expert and owner of Doxieworks LLC, which provides expertise in mobile app development for pet care services. Katy brings her 28-year career in magazine publishing and advertising sales to work in assisting owners of pet care businesses more effectively reach their customers and prospects in an “always connected, mobile-first” world. An Iowa native, Katy graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business. She earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
