Larry Nouvel; Founder & CEO, UnRuffled Pets

Larry leads UnRuffled Pets in developing pheromone-based solutions that support calm behavior in cats and dogs. As an innovator with decades of experience in behavioral wellness, Larry works closely with Dr. John McGlone to translate cutting-edge science into accessible, effective consumer products.


Dr. John McGlone, PhD; Professor of Animal Science, Texas Tech University


Dr. McGlone has been a professor of animal behavior and physiology for 44 years.  His work on multiple species uses both behavior and physiology to indicate states of animal welfare.  He has discovered novel semiochemicals and pheromones in several species.  His scientific approach dovetails with Larry Nouvel’s expertise in chemistry, formulation and go-to-market expertise.


Caryn Stichler; Senior Vice President and Founding Partner, Tevra Brands 


Caryn is a seasoned marketing executive with deep expertise in the animal health and pet wellness industries. Tevra Brands is dedicated to developing innovative solutions that enhance the lives of pets and their families.

At Tevra Brands, Caryn leads the strategy and development of consumer brands across multiple categories, including dental care, parasite prevention, and behavioral health products offered under the Harmony Pet umbrella. She works closely with scientists and product developers to transform innovation, science, and technology into trusted brands that deliver real value for pets and pet parents
